Similar to what I wear, but mine is in titanium, with inner tiny airbags.
It's got a couple of hooks where a winch I have on my garage ceiling attaches to, to help me get on the bike
I picked kevlar even though I don't own any, I do have chaps but that because it's 30 year old technology and still have them from way back when but I wear over-pants when I'm touring. I think I'll buy a pair of Kevlar jeans next for everyday riding.
Like leather pants and chaps and wear it year round. Just curious, but how is that kevlar working with a hot exhaust pipe resting against a leg for about 15 seconds?

kevlar is fire resistant and has no melting point.

Hi from Oz, I rarely comment except im after info about a trip over to yor fine country an am surfing, Im 57 & ride a 01 Fatty & a 94 Sporty, both tricked up by S/E race parts, thanku America, I/we dont use either Chaps or Kevlar much, at my age i hope that i dont get the Gumtree on the last corner as i come up the cutting (mountainish hill) from the pub or when touring try not to become a bonnet emblem for a W model or Peterbuilt (pantz wont save u). Last trip over ther i was in the Grand Canyon on a Glide 2 up & heavy, arnt they, @ 32F (mid summer) in 8 inches of snow, Levis, long Johns & wet wetha pants. My theory, listen to yer papa an keep the Shiny side up an the Pirrelli's down.

Motoport street riding jeans in stretch kevlar. They make them to spec. You send them your jeans and about 20 measurements. And if you every gain weight or get smaller you can send it to them and they will adjust them ( for a fee). I also have the jacket. The set up is pretty sweet. I may get a second jacket in the mesh kevlar. I also have a pair of kevlar jeans that I wear if I am staying close but I always wear my motorport jacket, aerostitch gloves and a full face(with pigtails attached that match my real hair ;-)
But anyone who wants to find more info on motoport there is s 150 page thread on advrider.
