Researched a bit further,they're call Rockit Guitars,the owner of the company rides and was inspired by the HD FatBob Tank Dashboard

That tank is one of the most distinctive things about a Harley Davidson,I had to buy buy an HD with the FatBob tank.

You should see his frigging house. WOW!!! We used to live right down the road from him until we moved across town a couple of years ago. Great guy. He stands in line at the local BBQ joint just like the rest of us regulars.
