I doubt if Harley is going to have anything to do with this one.
How was it imported? Was is bought by someone in the states and then re-sold to the buyer in Sweden? If so then you need to find the stateside buyer.
Or, was it bought direct somehow and now the buyer couldn't pay the shipping?
You need to find out more about it's history to be able to know what to do next.
I'd search the internet or consult a lawyer to find the legal way to buy and get the papers for a bike in your country.
Good luck and welcome to the forum Henrik.

I don't know about Sweden, but here it's about the registration and insurance. If you cannot show the history of the bike, it cannot be registered. You need to contact the previous owner, get the papers or try and use a bill of sale. If you can't get the papers of something legal, you have to register it as a "u-built".
I know if I were to buy a bike without a title in Washington State I can not import it into Canada.
Good luck with the deal, but in North America, no papers usually means no deal, or parts bike.

If the bike is sold at auction, then the auction company would supply you with papers to show that you legally bought it.
I don't know what other papers (if any) you would need to register the bike in Sweden.

Henrik, probably not the best move asking a bunch of Americans how to navigate Swiss law. We have enough problems figuring out our own laws. Find a Swiss legal professional who can help you.
To contact HD, try their website. Or Google should get you there.
Good luck.
