Default 2002 flhtc opinions please

Hello everyone, I'm looking at trading in my sportster tuesday. Just curious on opinions.

Mine 1999 xl1200c 5900 miles.
Theirs 2002 flhtc 31000 miles.

Asking $6300 out the door with my trade. What does everyone think?

Think cam chain tensioners, if they haven't been changed yet.

Yes the cam tensioner are a bad part. I'm going to assume they have not been done and the dealer says they don't check them on used bikes. I can most likely do them myself, I'm just not sure I want to. Risk worth the reward?
