I like them for the most part. And the few things I don't like, I'm sure the aftermarket will fix. ie: I don't like the two in one exhaust, I rather have it apart. And the front light bezel, I'm not a fan of. I like the look of it off the bike. Otherwise, it's a neat bike, and I might try to add it to my stable.
Saw one in person yesterday at Chesepeak Harley. All i can say is, what a POS. You would think that after all the time and money put into the development of this that it would look a whole lot better. After seeing it and it's radiator, Harley is now no different than all the other companies like HONDA and Suzuki.
Looking at the 750 for a Cafe/fighter bike, to park next to the Ultra.
Trust me these bikes might barely sell big here but over seas they are going to flood the market. I use to think HD would have a hard time keeping the "old timers" happy as they move into the global markets. Honestly with bikes like Livewire and the Street, I don't think they care anymore.
what happened in the 60's and 70's? No internet, so maybe the old school bikers used party line phones to bitch about MOCO's alliance with Aermacchi and importing all those cool little bikes that many of us started out on and held our allegience to Harley-Davidson in our formative years.
Was in the local HD shop this last week end and asked when they were going to get their's and was told they just heard of a recall on them due to something with the back brake. Both my wife and oldest son are interested in at least looking at them. They are a big store with one in the Portland area and one in Eugene. Anyone else heard of a recall?
