I ride a '14 883 Superlow. Today I was looking at the front frame downtubes trying to figure out a way to create some custom chrome metal shields to bolt to the two frame mounts and sorta wrap around the two downtubes to hide the black frame and wiring.

Who would I approach to help concoct such a custom metal piece?
