I was slowly having issues getting it to turn over and now it is really bad. I had it on a tender for a while. Today (after 2 weeks in the garage all the while being connected to a tender) I turn on the ignition, press run, I can hear the pump go in...I hit start and literally nothing happens. The bike as power as my headlights and etc are on.
I jump it and I get it to start up, revs high for a while and then slows down. I let it run for a few. Shut it down, attemp to fire it back up and again nothing.
Now it has been on a tender again for about an hour. Attemp to start and I get the clicking.
I can safely assume that it is not a fuel problem....
Thus my question to you fine folks to help me broaden my knowledge of bikes, is, is it just the battery? Or do I need to be concerned that it could be something else. There is no true starter or alternator to worry about correct?
