They (Teutuls) have been made Rock Stars by Television. Just as The British Invasion of the sixties. So when you throw sacks of money at ordinary folks at a rate that they can spend fast enouhgh they get a little goofy. Just read some stories of the Stones, The Who, or Led Zeppelin in the 60/70's and how they acted off stage. The difference is now it is motorcycles, hotrodsand Television. Jesse James has been reported to be quite the a$$ hole in public, Billy lane is in trouble, Indian Larry died showing off. Boyd Cotterton can't evenkeep help onthe show and some of his finished products are sub par. See what I mean. It's like a whole new Jimi, Janice, Beatles, Stones era. The talent is there, the money spoils it.
Entertaining TV? People standing around screaming at each other, overinflated egos flying everywhere. Talk about a bunch of bitches....
I don't wish them any ill will but just because they have a shitload of money does'nt make them wonderful people.
And my biggest complaint about Jesse James was those stupid out fits he'd wear. The ball cap sideways...yeah,real coool!
Forget the bikes..Paul sr is making a buck getting on TV and telling his son how stupid he is...as an ex doper - he should know beating up on your kids self esteem may push him towards drug use - what - Paul jr isn't around again? - (ever look at his nose) PATHETIC !
IT SHOULD BE CALLED - TURN YOUR SON INTO A DRUGGIE TV...(I would have hit him in the head with a brick - LONG AGO!!!)
ps AND THE BIKES SUCK TOO...(MONEY DON'T MAKE EVERY THING RIGHT - ie KEITH RICHARDS...)
More power to them. For all the good stuff that we see and know about, I'm sure there's plenty of hardship and difficulty as well. I see where there have done more good than harm. Probably more than a lot of others have done.

At least when Jesse did his last 2 bike shows he took us on some serious riding. To me that was 90% of the program. The Bike Build-Off used to do that but they are more into other things now and show very little of the ride.
I wish they would bring Jesse back for one more ride.
I realize I'm about to step into a shitstorm by saying this. But.........
Why begrudge folks for their successes? I mean, it's not like you have to watch their television show. And you for damn sure don't have to buy their wares. So what's the big deal?
I'd venture to say that there's not one guy on these forums who wouldn't want the size of bank that Paul, Sr. has made during the last few years. I mean, hell, they're living the American dream in a manner of speaking. I say more power to them. Would I buy one of their bikes? No way. But that doesn't mean I'm actually rooting for their demise like some of you folks.
Just my take.
No shitstorm here, glad someone had the ***** to say it.[sm=smiley20.gif]
