neutral switch

Hey guys, riding today I look down and nuetral light is on in gear. Its less bright in gear than neutral, but still on. A quick search here says its probably a dirty or bad neutral switch. It seems like an easy fix but its Saturday of a 3 day weekend and I'm not going to get to it till later. So the question is, besides aggravating me, will it cause any problems riding it like that? I can't imagine it would, but doesn't hurt to ask for opinions. Thanks.

Nope, won't hurt. I was having the same problem and just replaced it.

Son had to his neutral switch worked on several times..
