I just wanted to let everyone know about Jenni at Charlie`s Harley Davidson in Huntington, W.V. I heard from here on the forum that you could get a great deal from her. Well I had ordered from Chicago HD and a few others that give 20% discounts and saved money doing so. yesterday the misses wanted to get some motor clothes and a friend wanted to know the price of a set of SE mufflers. I told them to give Jenni a call and mention they heard it from HD Forum. Well both called and the wife saved over $35.00 on her clothes and my friend saved over $65.00 on his mufflers. And both should be here by Tuesday! Jenni gives 20% off like the others, does not charge tax, and her shipping prices are the lowest I have found. $10.00 to ship a set of SE mufflers! That is less than I paid to ship a package weighing less than a pound from Chicago HD.
Give them a try next time , You will be happy with their service.
I just spent over $5000 from charlies'. the whole order cost me 35 bucks to ship and got some free stuff...the wheels i ordered from there wuz $2000 in the book, i got them for$1400 then 20% off of that.
That's where i bought my bike, its the best place to get anything you need.
I also have been ordering most of myparts andaccessories from Charliessince I heard about Jenni and Charlies. I was very happy until the last order. When I order from Jenni I always ask if the part I need is in stock prior to ordering. Well to make a long story short, even though I was assured everything I was ordering was in stock, the last order arrived minus the one part I needed the most. I called Jenni to ask about it and she told me that their inventory was off so the part I was waiting for was on backorder. She told me that it would be shipped by last Tuesday so I waited. I sent her an e-mail asking again about the missing part and was told it was shipped last Wednesday. Well Friday came and still no part. I went to check my e-mail and found two new e-mails from Jenni tellin me that the part still hasn't been shipped. It seems there are more then one person at Charlies who uses Jenni's name and e-mail address. If only when she or whoever handled the order would have contacted me, via phone or e-mail, to tell me the part was out of stock I would have been so much happier with their service. The way it stands, I'm going to call them today and see if it has truly shipped or I will cancel the part and order it from some other dealer.
Being in the customer service business myself, this issue was not handled properly on their end. She should have taken the time to let the customer, me, know of the problem. Now I'm not sure I will ever order from or support them again.

I don't know anything about Jenni or the dealer, but I know sometimes things can go wrong and no matter what you do it just gets worse, especially if you have employees. If your in the customer service business yourself and never have anything go wrong then count your bleesings!
