Default bolts???

i know this sounds NUTS ,,,but what is the proper name for the bolt that hold on the front brake calipers on touring models. thanks .

Actually it sounds "bolts" ... and you'll need to supply a bit more information for the correct part. Caliper Mounting Bolt ( the bolt that attaches the caliper to the lower leg ) on a ???? 2009 Dresser is a 44160-00 ... I have no idea what you're riding :>)

I ride a 2012 Electra glide ultra, and yes, the caliper mounting bolts , what's the name of that type of bolt ? Has all the groves in it , thanks

It's a caliper bolt. Not sure what you are trying to find out. If it's the size wrench or socket. Use a 12 point 10 mm. Do u need to replace them. They come with the pads from HD as well as the clip if that's what you mean?

thanks David ,,ya thats what i wanted to know ,,i was just reading a few posts about that, seems lots of guys use metric , not that it matters ,guess im just old lol , thanks again.

Oh , I've never taking them off before , I just assumed all bolts on Harley's were standard , just waiting for new front tire to show up , then I'm going to take them off , guess I should never assume , lol

^Wheels/suspension/brakes are Showa/Brembo....metric stuff!
