I bought mine from J&P - www.jpcycles.com. Part numbers as follows, all raw, meant to be inserted into existing seat, or with new custom seat:
Medium rear, 9" long, tapers 7-1/2" to 5-1/2" 800-107 $46.99
Large front, 10" long, tapers 13-1/2" to 7-1/2" 800-083 $59.99
Extra large, 12" long, tapers 15" to 8" 800-346 $69.99

Skip,

Were you able to insert the gel pads yourself or did you have someone do it for you? I checked them out on JPCycles website, but I was a little confused on how the slip in. I assume you have to remove the vinyl from the seat, intall them and they reattach the cover. How did you do it? Thanks!

This looks exactly what I am looking for! There are plenty of auto upholstery shops in town. I could have them install it in my original seat. Thanks for your time.

Sorry it took so long for me to get back.

I originally used the pad in a worn out stock Heritage seat. I think the stock seats are too thick, make me feel like I'm on top of instead of down in the bike, and are oogly to boot. I pulled the cover off, carved the foam to the thickness I wanted, hollowed out the center portion of the seat, and shaped the gel pad so it would fit inside the hollowed out area. Worked pretty good for a year. Finally chunked the seat as the passenger part was trashed, too. Bought a LePera Cherokee for me, and change it out to a Mustang touring seat when THE MAMA rides pillion. I'll use the gel pad on the LePera when it wears out some.
