I lubed my throttle cable yesterday, WOW what a difference. I screwed it all back together and it was sticking at half throttle. I opened the top cover again and this thing was sticking between the return cable and the housing. I have no idea what it is or where it goes. I looked in the manual and could not find a diagram that showed it. I've got the throttle together again with OUT this and all seems fine. Any ideas what it is, where it goes or if I need to worry about it?

that little plastic piece is from the bottom of the housing, it sits ontop of the throttle tensioner screw.
you will notice a hole at the bottom of it ,just match the hole to the point of the screw and carefully reassemble the housing .
