Default Brake pad recommendation

I have a 98 Electra Glide Classic. In the past I have always had a HD dealer replace the brake pads with standard HD pads. I plan on doing it my self this time and am wondering if I should go with a different or better brake pad.
The standard pads have been ok except when they get a little wet. The stopping ability is greatly reduced. Are there any pads which would be better in general and especially under wet conditions?
Thanks, John

I use Lydall Gold +
I have never had a problem with them. A HUGE braking performance step-up from the OEM ones.

OEM for me.

I tried the Lyndalls Z plus and they just didn't compare to OEM, especially when wet. But, that's going to be true of any organic pad versus a sintered pad. Lyndalls are nearly the cost of OEM but I wouldn't buy them again for 10 bucks a caliper.

Haved used both Lyndall and EBC, both better than OEM in my opinion.

I couldn't get Lyndall stuff when wanting them, nor any promise of availability, they seem to have a supply problem. EBC for me, including their rotors. To improver braking make sure you change your brake fluid at regular intervals and swap your brake pipes for braided ones, if you still have the stock rubber ones.

On pre 2008 without the new Brembos, I find the EBC double sintered pads grabs the best FA400HH I think is the part#.
