I got a 2013 fatboy lo few months back that only had about 250 miles. It's been great. In the last couple weeks, sometimes it won't start. When moved to on I can hear the fuel pump but nothing happens when I hit start. I can usually move the ignition switch back and forth or rock it a little and it eventually will start right up. I don't know if the rocking one switch flicking helps but works in my head. Any idea of what it could be?
If wiggling the ignition switch sometimes works, then you might have a faulty switch. Seems unlikely with so few miles, but still possible.
I would first make sure your battery and ground cable connections are clean and tight. If it's the original battery it could be toast. Get it fully charged and then have it load tested.
Thank you. I keep it on a battery tender if I'm going to be away and it never turns green for full charge. It's doing fine now but this morning it took my five minutes to crank

Drain or siphon out fuel if old and get fresh fuel in tank. AGM battery could be toast if original and not maintained or on the tender too much. Make sure the spark plugs are OEM and gapped properly. Make sure battery cables are clean and tight.

If the tender never shows a full charge or a solid green light, that should tell you that you have a problem with the battery itself. Time for a new one.
I toasted up 2 AGM batteries on a Deltron Tender Jr on 2 bikes. It's the same tender I used on prior lead acid batteries with out issue. I did some research and found 2 schools: The leave it on 24/7/365 and the 24/7 charging with a tender cooks the AGM's.
Due to my history, I install it until solid green light, 2-3 weeks later I do it again.
