hey riders
I'm no mechanic. I can handle tools. I have a '75 FLH mostly stock, recently acquired.
The front rocker cover gasket is leaking to much , drips on the exhaust, so I'm thinking of replacing it. I want to know if I can do it without removing the head cylinder?
And is there and threads on a top end job, the manual is good but extra references is always appreciated.
First off welcome ti the forums and nope head comes off sorry and when you do this use Cometic gaskets with the silicon/ metal wafer gaskets not the old style paper or garlock stuff or you'll be redoing it in a few years.
Thanks for the welcoming and the reply.
I Have everything from bottom cylinder to rocker cover gasket in James with the silicone.
If anyone has there two cent on the job. Let loose
