Fork lock not working
My 4 o'clock is not working at all. I just had my Front tire changed. Could they be related? I don't use it often so I am not positive it was working when I brought it in. However, the last time I used it it worked.

Have you tried removing the ignition switch and reseating it and checking it again? If you don't know how, check out this video:
