Default 2007 electra glide standard

I'm in desperate need of some advice on what to do next. I have a 2007 electra glide standard. It was a cop bike, it has a 103 motor. It will always start in the garage with no problem, fires right up. The problem is when I go for a run it wont start hot. If I stop for 10 minutes it wont fire back up. Wait another ten minutes and it fires right back up. It doesn't always do it but, the problem is getting worse with time. I've changed the coil, plugs, and wires. I've had it re-dynoed already. I've taken it into the shop and there was no issues while it was there. I don't know where to start looking next. I hate to keep buying parts just guessing whats wrong, that's starting to get expensive. Does anyone have any suggestions?

When you say no start, does it turn over but not start and run or do you hit the start button and nothing happens? Knowing which does or does not happen will help to get you started in the right direction.

If it turns over, do you hear the fuel pump prime? Turns over but no start means something ignition or fuel related is causing the problem. If you hear the fuel pump prime but nothing happens when you push the start button you could possibly have a heat soak issue with the starter, starter solonoid or the start button or wiring itself could be the culprit.

It rolls, just doesn't start. I can hear the fuel pump start. I thought it might be the coil but, I changed that already. Had the same problem the next day. Any ideas?

If the motor cranks fine but no start, I would replace the crank position sensor.. It's an inductive pickup and the output current is dying when hot..

Battery is 1 year old. Thought it might be the battery so I changed it at the beginning of last riding season, still had the same problem.
Dumb question, where is the crank positioning sensor located at?

CPKs are cheap. I was wondering if it was confused. Not sure how MAP effects things fairly cheap too.

Could measure fuel pressure. I had a truck, that pressure regulator has issues when warm, but not cold, or hot.

My 07 was dying when gas got low. I yanked out pump, to put new filter in, and since it has 50k I am goign to put in another pump. Havn't gotten around to it.

I kinda doubt it is igntion itself, maybe something telling it not to fire, or fuel issue. Though coils can get hot and funny too. My 01, would stall once in awhile hot, but ohmed fine.
