It's a basketcase powered by a handpump sprayer.

And the motor was blown it's obviously missing haha it's my dad's bike we don't have the greatest relationship I just want his old bike that's about all I have to go on I didn't know if there was anyway to tell from the tank or some other detail fender shape so on

take a look at the frame number if the engine is missing and you maybe able to narrow it down.

5 Speed Softail, aftermarket front end, custom paint and seat. That is all I got from those pics.

Should be numbers on the frame and transmission. Good luck.

If those are the factory tanks, I would say softail custom. They came with a 5.3 gal tank, other softies all had 4.3.

Look for the Title ?

You can go to the tax collector's office with the tag number and get them to run the title and tell you what year and model it is.

And if you can get the VIN off the frame the internet can identify the bike, year and spec etc.
