Road King Police Bars

I have an 2003 RK Police with the standard police handlebars. I would like to put lower bars on it like the RKClassic. Would I lose or gain low speed handling with lower bars?

I don't see why you should have any change, once you get used to the difference. Most Touring bike bars are a similar width, giving similar feedback.
