I also found the V&H FP3 in one of the bags. Over the last three weeks I noticed valve chatter quite a bit; it seem to get really bad once the engine warmed to normal temp and experienced even the slightest load (slight up hill, etc.) despite any amount of down-shifting. I heard NO chatter except briefly during a slight incline in 6th while using cruise control but it immediately went away.
Did placing the baffles back in make this kind of difference? Did the FP3 auto-tune start adjustments right away? Whatever the influence, the engine is not sounding like marbles rolling around in the heads and I just hear the slight normal whine and sweet rumbling,
