milwaukee 8 107 all hype
I have owned a street bob since they came out in 2006 with the 88, then a 2010 with the 96 and a 2015 with the 103 and noticed the improvement in horse power.i decided to get the 2018 softail version.the first thing I noticed was the lack of power compared to the 103.i changed the air intake and installed vance and hines slip on mufflers and tuned it with the fp3,i did the same with all the street bobs.i also noticed that in fifth gear it strained to get up to 55,so I found myself using sixth gear at high way speeds,its max mph was 70 to 73 mph, the 103 got up to 75 mph and close to 80 with plenty of throttle left.the 103 shifted quicker and picked up speed each time I shifted from a dead stop leaving the cars that were next to me far behind.the 107 was slow and no where near as quick.i took a ride yesterday and was left in the dust by a Toyota as the 107 strained to keep pace.the 103 would have kept up and passed it.i know Harleys are not speed demons,but I miss my 103.

Something's definitely not right... My little 883 Sportster girly bike runs better than that, MUCH better. I'd say either try reflashing it or take it back to the dealer but, like me you 'technically' have no power train warranty since you reflashed with the FP3.
