Crate motor case numbers
I purchesed a heritage softail with a HD crate motor. Can i use the case number to find our size or date of manufacturer? since it is not a vin i cant find any info on crate id's

the certificate of origin was needed to register with the dmv if required by the state.
you could always call hd customer service and ask for the tech dept, if they do not say on the phone, they will email in a few days.
