Cable throttle is doable I believe, TBW is a showstopper. Here is a thread about the same issue. https://www.hdforums.com/forum/gener...e-by-wire.html

Look at lowbrow customs , they have throttle controls. Instead of mounting them on the right, you can have them installed on the left. Same for the grips. Good luck, hope it helps.

first of all, what machine are you talking about
as far as doable, very high probability, even drive by wire. some wiring will have to jump connectors but that is easy and will be mostly directional stuff.
the biggest issue i see here is if it is drive by wire, the throttle will be reversed evil kenevil style. can you get used to that??
if not, will have to get a custom throttle made.

You are not the first rider on the planet with this challenge! Somewhere there is a solution, waiting for you come across it. Here in the UK we have disable rider charities like NABD who can do wonders for riders with difficulties such as yours, Surely there are vet and other similar organisations in North America? I have in the past encouraged HDF to create a section for riders with a disability, but it hasn't happened, unfortunately.

Had a friend his dad was a vet lost his right arm he had a hook for a hand. So everyone called him hook he raced motorcycles, yes throttle was on the left. So its easy to do, just switch everything around, depending on what bike you may have to get longer cables or wires. Then comes the hard part learning how to ride opposite side controls so take your time.
