High Idle after hot
2009 Dyna Superglide, After the bike gets hot, stays around 250 degrees idles very rough, I sprayed the iac with carb cleaner and ran great for a day then went right back to a rough idle. I bought a new IAC but can't get to the rear bolt easily. Am I going in the right direction or should I be looking at another possible cause?

I was able to get the rear screw out using a Torx bit and a combination wrench that fit it. You can only turn it a small amount but for me I figured quicker than pulling the tank off to get access. The new IAC did solve my high idle. Cleaning the old one only worked for a very short time. I also noticed the oring fit was very sloppy, I’m guessing from years of heat.
