I think it wont turn over.
What problems are you having? If it was activated i think you turn the key on and off 3 times to reset it. I have bank angle questions i cant get answered( about a sidecar rig).

Ok you just gave a important bit of information Sidecar ride. This opens up a lot of question. What year bike, does it have the tip eliminator, new bike has it been disabled in EMC. .
If it is activated it will show in odometer . New bikes it will throw a red light if not working. When they disable it the red light will be on anytime bike is on. No way to get rid of the light without switching to a Triglide EMC.

I have a 2000 Heritage that has no fire to the plugs, but 12V to the coil. Coil & wires check ok and new plugs. Have replaced a bad cam position sensor and crank position sensor checks ok. Was wondering if the bank angle sensor could be bad. Cranks with plugs in the cylinders and spare plug (new) against the cylinder with plug wire on it and no fire.
on mine, it just kills the ignition 2001 sport. however, i do not run it. i can'd the stock ign and second, i can lean it over far enough and i do not want ign drop out. third, my redline is 7.5k way above stock module. jumper past it and see if she'll fire up.
might be an issue with units built into the ecm, mine was separate module. there is a hack that can by-pass it but opens up another issue as was brought out about instrumentation

Do not try to jumper it unless you know for sure on your bike that will work without doing damage.. As stated before it is different depending on the year.
