Default 1997 Roadking speedometer

Hello,
I have a 1997 Roadking with speedometer problems. The speedometer does not move and the turn signals do not auto-shut off. I have cleaned the sensor and also replaced it when cleaning did not help. It still does not move. I noticed the odometer is not lit. Didn't notice if it was lit or not before changing the sensor.

Is there a fuse for the speedometer that may be blown. Any suggestions is appreciated.
Thanks.

Is this the same Roadking that you posted about just two minutes ago?
