Sticky throttle
I noticed where the curved metal tubes,on cables, enter the switch housing they seam to be very loose. Not sure if this is normal, could be as handlebar turns far right creating more angle at entry creating friction point? Possible after 13 yrs. is just worn out?
Any suggestions?

Although they are routed the same way they have been with no previous problem. It doesn't appear that moving behind the brake line would cause a significant change if not restrict them even more.
I played with the throttle a little more and determined the lubrication did help some. At full right lock I can open to WOT and let go and it snaps back 9 out of 10 times. When It sticks I just wiggle the cable where the tube inserts into the housing and it will snap back.
Maybe I am worrying to much about a minor issue, it seems to me that a 1 in 10 chance of throttle sticking at WOT while in a full lock right hand turn is not very likely, if at all.
On the other hand non sure I can live with any chance at all of stuck WOT.
Cables are cheap and easy enough to replace. Just trying to determine if that is what I need to do? or maybe replace housing (expensive part) and grip too?
