I purchase switchblades for my 2019 streetbob fxbb and want to know if I can use my rear pulley and rotor on the switch blade and also my front brake rotor

Switch blade wheels utilize an 11.8" rotor. I don't know what size the factory rotor is on your newer softail. Measure it. Rotor sizes are typically 11.5" or 11.8" depending on year and model of Harley.
Well, the Rear Pulley and Rotor will fit the wheel (not the Front Rotor though), but those Dyna wheels won't work directly on your 2019 Softail ... you have wider hubs
