handlebar install no start

I second checking the fuel disconnect. It seems that sometimes it does not connect all the way, and then the symptoms are as you describe.
Done it myself.

The kill switch supplies power to the start switch...If there is no power from kill switch the start switch won`t work.

Hill country customs are scam artist ripoffs. Probably sold you some cheap chinese trash bars. Good luck with that!

Mine did the same when I installed, it turned out to be the cables to the throttle by wire. It wouldn't turn over and I have it some gas, thing was fully pinned I almost blew up my engine I would re check your throttle wires and make sure they're matched correctly

this is exactly why I had the dealer, and the associated cost, do my bars.
