If you do end up wraping them you can use tennis racket grip tape. I've used it in the past and it lasted for years. Looked decent too!

Huh....another gd idea. TY mate! Pretty gd ideas.....even tho u r from Mass. LOL!!

'juss kid'n abt the Tax-A-Chusetts. I think I mentioned to you 'me wife and I are from the Boston area.

Update:

1. Tried Dawn. NG
2. Tomorrow I am hoping to try the WD 40. Seems like a miracle worker so what the heck.

Ok, WD40 was a NOPE.

Will try GOJO and a few other things I have.

Yuppers, F150, them there leather grips are looking btr all the time. Do appreciate the link to them.

Right up the street from me. Huh. My son may even have some laying around. Thin 'nuff, so that could be btr than the leather grips. If there is an issue when it is wet, I can take it off and put new stuff on or just go to the leather grip route.

No worries........TY again everyone. Figure it will play out with 1 of the alternatives above.
