Left Grip - STICKY!
I had my bike towed to HD for service. I saw the bike leave and it was tired down correctly, not using the left grip (or either grip) as a tie down point.
When I got the bike back (I think then) is when I noticed 1) a DEPRESSION on the left grip and 2) it was (still is) very sticky.
Apparently it should be smooth since each time I go for the clutch, my glove gets stuck on the stickiness.
I figured, riding 5 days a week, it would become UNsticky but that did not happen. It is still very sticky.
I was going to spray the sticky part with miracle worker WD-40 but thought that may eventually degrade the rubber.
Any my friends, that is the picture. Oh, PIXs below.
Would u give me suggestions preferably other than replacing the grip or wrapping paper or something around the grip? The right grip is perfect. No indentation or anything.
THANK YOU!!!

Just because the flatbed operator didn't tie down via your grips, doesn't mean the mechanic that worked on yer bike didn't..
