Windshield fairing bolt stripped

Windshield fairing bolt stripped
The bolt inside the fairing has stripped itself out over the years, which is my own fault for tightening it too much.
Last summer I used some jb weld, which held until last month.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

I got this but the t handle is junk. But it made me realize that the slots go in, before I thought it was for screw driver. Still need to go slow, back and forth.
