Default 2013 Fatboy Lo Handlebar Swap to Heritage Style?

I sure hope I'm posting in the right place (very sorry if not). I just got my 2013 Fatboy Lo a couple months ago and after putting about 300 miles on it in that time, I believe I need to change the bars to adjust my riding position to a more upright style and for my wrists and arms. My arms are not bent enough and the way the current bars are, my hands are more flat. I want to get the outside of my wrists rotated down more at an angle rather than the flatter position they are now. So I need bars a bit closer to me and my wrists/elbows rotated inward more.

My Question: Would bars from a 2013/14 Heritage Softail Classic or Deluxe provide that change I need? Are there bars like that which would allow me to use my stock bar clamps/mount or do I need to swap them to a 1' clamp vs the Fatboy 1 1/4? I'd greatly appreciate any guidance. I've ordered 1FNGR Levers to reduce the clutch pull that has caused issues as well and will be installing when I figure out the bars.

Thoughts?

Brian

Just took the 10" mini apes off my '13 Heritage and went with 16" apes. Way more comfortable. You might want to look into them as well. The 10" stock mini's still had me slouching.

Ah. I don't think I could use the Ape Hangers. In researching it appears the stock Fatboy bars closer to what I am looking for compared to the Fatboy Lo. I'm gonna sit on my bike tomorrow and have my nephew measure my position so I can then give those measurements to either Harley or DennisKirk or some place to see if we can get bars that will be in the ballpark ergonomically. I need to swap my grips as well. The stock are 1.5" at the center contour. I'd like it to be 1.25 to allow for my smaller hands especially when wearing gloves, which is most all the time.
