This is almost embarassing... I just bought a new 08 Ultra a couple weeks ago. I have logged about 2300 miles so far.. I am having a problem with my groin area actually getting numb in as quick as 20 to 30 minutes of riding. Also I have a 93 Fatboy which I have logged about 116,000 miles on it and have done 1000 mile days with no problem.. On the Ultra I put highway pegs to change position I shift about a lot but nothing helps... I am hesitant to go out and spend big bucks on a new seat... Has anyone had similar problems on the Ultra
I would consider checking with www.meancitycycles.com to have your seat redone. Allen's work is great and whithin a timely manner. He uses memory foam. I had mine done and love it. Saved a lot of $$$. Another thing that might help and will give more leg room at the same time and low cost. Kuryakyn and HD makes floorboard extenisions. They push the floorboard out about 3/4" that will allow your legs not to be pushed into the tank. Makes it much more comfy and takes stress off of the inner thighs and hip joints. Gives more room for the family jewls
Adjust your riding posture so that you reduce the weight coming down to the perianeal area. You can lean forward just a tad and probably see a difference.

Do not be embarrassed about this bro, i ride a bicycle about 150 to 200 miles a week, and have this happen on occassion, although i do not have the problem on a motorcycle ....Its VERY common in cycling....And the fix can be a few different things....For me, ibought a seat that had a slight channel or groove cut out in it which allows the bloodflow to not be cutoff in that thar area....Since getting this seat for my bicycle, the problem is not nearly as prevalent as it was....Also your riding position can also cause this to happen, and its relevant to where your **** is seated on the seat......On my bicycle, i occassionally stand up and pedal for a few minutes every 4 or 5 miles, to kinda let the blood flow a little easier to that area for a spell.....Good luck to you !
Since you say the fatboy doesn't bother you it doesn't sound like a circulation/medical problem, and that's a good thing. If the the highway pegas don't seem to help looks like you're gonna have to look into the seat for an answer. Before dropping bucks on a new seat, look at how you fit on the Fatboy, leg position, body angle, etc.. Lots of seat covers out there that may help get you into the same or similar position. If not, look to your friend that have aftermarket seats and see if they will let you sit their bike to see if it feels any better than your stock seat. If they're good friends and you leave your wife as a deposit they may let you put a few miles on the seat for a road test.
Jeff, had the same thing with EG Classic...didn't get better in 8000 miles, so I went back to a Deuce. With me, I think it's the "cruising" position that makes a difference. Just couldn't find a seat that would drop me down enough to get the lean back tilt. I'd check into the suggestion of checking with Mean City Cycles
