Default Need help identifying this issue!!!!!!

Today I decided to take the touring bags of my 2008 Road King and realized I have 2 different style rear shocks, is this right or wrong? Should I start shopping for a new set of rear shocks?

Your good, those are late model shocks. They're designed to be different.

Factory was air shocks, looks like someone upgraded to newer factory shocks from a 2017 or newer bike. One side provides adjustable dampening. If they are working, just ride as stated above. You can always upgrade to better after market shocks.

the 2014 sgs has them as well, they are adjustable coil over shocks, they are supposed to be better than the air shocks, not sure if that is true buy my sgs is comfy.

OP ride it is fine, you may even want to try different settings to see if your ride improves.
