I finally decided to do a little research and figure out what that little red dot lighting up on my speedometer was all about.. It turns out my bike does not have security so the only thing it does is monitors the lighting system on the bike.. I thought maybe it had something to do with the charging system or something but no it doesn't, it's all just about what the BCM sees and what it should see when it comes to the lighting on the bike.. In the following link I also learned that if you do install any type of LED lighting that that also could cause the red indicator light to come on because the BCM doesn't see enough load with the LED lights as compared to OEM's and therefore will light the light on occasion as well. Anyways here's a video explaining it I thought it was pretty good and maybe it'll help somebody out...
I own a 2017 Fatboy with all lighting changed to led. For some reason the red light comes on at 70mph at 6th gear. Drop down to 60mph and it goes off. Any thoughts

Good question and now that you mention it I've noticed that mine only comes on at higher speeds as well but yet when I look at my power vision I can't see anything wrong.. I'll have to do a little more research on that..
Turn signal or other light out? The higher speeds/vibration could be creating a short?
Pretty sure that's a security light indicating a problem with the tsm/tssm. Lights are part of it.
