Default reverse issue

Hello everyone, I have 2012 TriGlide, Reverse stopped working. Changed the starter/reverse motor, solenoid, waiting on a new circuit breaker (breaker never popped) just trying everything. Start the bike. push the on button for reverse. Light comes on. Push the reverse switch and nothing happens after doing all that. It seems like it is not getting electricity to the reverse motor. Battery is checking good. While under load it is putting out good voltage up to 14 v. Does anyone have an idea to where I should look next. This has been driving me crazy. It is a 2012 but has only 15000 miles. Thanks in advance

Start looking with by doing a DIAGNOSTIC SCAN FOR ERROR CODES.

It seems?

It is either getting power or not getting power. A voltmeter will tell you if the motor is getting power.

How did you determine the battery is good?

Are you working with a wiring diagram?

Instead of shotgunning everything, get a test light and check the control signals on the solenoid and the relay if there is one..

The first thing you need is the Trike Supplement to the Servce Manual.

It will explain the chain of events that must take place in order for the motor to be energized.

The reverse circuitry on a Tri Glide is pretty complicated.

I rode the bike and had the battery checked. With bike not started it was 12v and then started it was 13 to 14v and under load it was still 12 to 13 v

Here is the reverse section off of HD..

Check to see if you have voltage across the 2 wires.. You may want to raise the wheels off the ground when doing the test.. BTW, If neutral light acting funny, you'll need to fix it.
