HD navigation help
Where to start? 2017 Ultra Limited. I uploaded a route sent to me by a buddy into bike. When I went to ride said route it completely locked up the system. No button hard or soft worked.So no way to use radio, navigation or anything. Stopped, killed bike and let power down. Restarted and all back online. Tried to use route again…locked up again. So.. corrupt file. I can’t delete it from trips bc you can’t open it to delete! Ok, so it’s there but I won’t open. I went to dealership and service manager reloaded software into system. Went on a long journey (Louisiana to New Jersey) I had created several trips on ride planner and uploaded into bike During trip the audio directions stopped working.When I would try to turn up prompts..nothing. Music would not play. When I would try to turn music louder the prompts tab would come up but no sound even when all the way up. Pulled over, killed bike restarted, no change. Aggravated and I took off just using visual. Later on started working (???) But did it again short while later. I know this is not much info but anybody have any advice or start points to fixing this???

I forgot about “factory reset”.. I’ve seen it somewhere in there and I’ll try that..thanks. The dealership put a flash drive in the bike and I suppose they basically reset the factory settings. I’m sorry about my lack of usable info..it’s aggravating to me too..
