I have a 1981 Harley fxwg, Im in the process of turning It into flh but my question is how do I get rid of external oil filter, I want to use the drop in oil filter but wasnt sure how to take off the external one it sticks out of the side of the bike just dont like the look.
You're better off with the external spin on filter than the internal cartridge. And please, give that thing a bath! Shovelheads deserved better care.
