Marker lights

I have a 09 Road Glide, is there anyone that makes a after market replacement light unit for the turn signals? I was hoping to find some type of light that had a side marker light built into the turn signals.

This would give me some type of light from side for visibility or maybe the turn signals could be modified someway?
