Throttle cables

Default Throttle cables

just installed new grips and throttle cables, took all the slack out throttle but wil not snap back to idle, any ideas?

I had the same problem. used a little dry spray lube and backed the grip off the end of the bar just a little. now it snaps back right.

Check to see if the little half-moon shaped nylon piece that applies pressure from the thumbscrew "cruise control" is seated properly. It will cause a drag if it got partially dislodged while changing the grips.

This was a great tip to find...solved the little drag I had on the throttle.
