Question more sound from mufflers

I have a 2000 FXD Dyna and would like my screaming eagle II mufflers to put out more sound. Should I take the baffles out, saw part of them off and replace them? Or what? Is it better to leave the baffles in and use a drill to make the air flow less resrticted?
