Hello Riders,
Picked up my '05 Road King a few days ago and was out riding tonite, Stopped to get some food and when I left restaurant, I noticed a RED idjut light right next to my Odometer on. I cant make out what it means. It looks like a little clock with an arrow outside pointing in. Could maybe someone tell me what this light is and is my bike gonna seize up if I ride it home? Any help asap wil be much appreciated.
Happy Memorial Day and Thank you for your service to all the former and current fighting forces.
When you stop the bike, you should turn off the main switch to prevent a dead battery. If the idiot light is on with the main switch off, that's a surprise. The light you described is the cruise control light. Flip the switch on the left handgrip towards the left to turn it off.
