Default Stripped screws

I have a 2003 Harley 100th Anniversary Edition XL 1200 Custom. I'm having a problem removing a stripped screw from the air cleaner cover.
Any suggestions?

Is it one of the two screws that hold the air cleaner cover on? If so, remove the other screw and try pulling (as though you were pulling it off) on the cover while turning the screw.

If this doesn't do the trick you can drill it out & tap/thread the hole after getting everything off. Good luck!

Also try to grab the head with a pair of vice-grips and pull as you turn or try and wedge a sharp screwdriver point under the head as you turn. This could get messy and you would have to be careful, but you can grind the head off...remove your part and then grab the end of the screw and work it out.
