That link helped a TON when I mounted mine..the instructions from the factory were all over the place

Thank you so much - I pulled my seat and looked at the HD directions and was thinking I better get the dealer to install this - until I saw ypour instructions - great - it will work for my 2015 Ultra Limited.

Adjustable backrest dimensions

dear Gents,
can anyone help me with the dimensions of the metal plate that holds the backrest into the adjustable backrest system?

i recently bought an 05 RKC amd has the system (the kit installed) in place but no backrest and i have a new backrest pillow , just need to adapt the metal plate to fit the original kit . Is not very complicated and would save me 100 bucks 😊
