Question certified harley tech

fiance is a certified Harley tech just graduated from MMI. we want to keep his certifications but he doesnt want to work for the dealership here at home and we are opening up a small shop. does anyone know if there is a way he can keep certifications and not be at a dealership? any info will help.. please and thank you!

Hi Candice and welcome to HDF from the UK. Unfortunately not many members call in this 'Others' part of HDF, so you may not have much luck getting an answer. Not being a mech myself I would have thought MMI should be able to answer your question. Also do they have a forum, convention, or some form of 'club' for qualified members to network with each other? There has to be an answer out there!

If you use the 'Search' above (in the blue bar), go to 'advanced search', select 'titles only' and enter MMI you will find some older threads that may have some useful info in them.
