I put on a vance & hine 2 into 1 slip on and a stage 1 air cleaner on my 2012 Dyna Switch back. Do I have to put on a race tuner and dino it or will it run fine with the slip on and air cleaner.

rule of thumb on EFI HDs is if you change 1 or the other, no tune is necessary. If you change both (because the ECM can only compensate so much for the change in air flow) you should get it tuned.
