Deluxe 2007 pillion install
I purchase a used 07 Deluxe without the stock luggage rack. I purchased a rack and while trying to install it i notice that the pillion is attached to a rubber mount (51760-10 I think) VS. the stud interior/exterior mount 53462-15 that the stock bike comes with. I don't know how to remove the rubber mount off the fender. I tried unscrewing it, pulling it, looking inside for a hidden screw but no luck. not knowing how in comes off I don't want to force it. The maintenance book shows a backer under the fender with an attached nut which the original stud screws in that holds the rack and pillion. ANY SUGGESTIONS???
