Default Dyna Died on the Freeway

2001 Dyna Low Rider, serviced last week, running great. Ran about 100 miles, stopped for gas, got on the freeway and she just died. Made it to the shoulder with no power and she wouldn't start. After about 15 minutes, started right up, ran fine. No sputter before or after, next morning hard to start with backfires, then started and ran fine. Bad Gas? It was a Chevron station, I run 91 octane.

You may have vapor lock, remove the gas cap then when putting it back on just tight enough for 1 or 2 clicks.
